Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made with accurate personal information.
• Full or partial payment (as required by the platform) confirms the reservation.
• Prices vary depending on room type, dates, and availability.
• A valid government-issued ID may be required at check-in.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided for self check-in (if applicable).

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and community rules.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No smoking inside the property (a cleaning fee will apply for violations).
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning will incur extra charges.

4. Room & House Usage

• Use appliances, furniture, and amenities responsibly.
• Do not rearrange furniture without permission.
• Cooking is allowed only in designated areas.
• The “Whole House” booking option gives exclusive access to all rooms and shared spaces.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must follow the policy shown at the time of booking.
• Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• No-shows are fully charged.

6. Security Deposit

• A security deposit may be required.
• It will be refunded after check-out if the property is left in good condition.
• Deductions may be made for:
  • Damages
  • Missing items
  • Lost keys
  • Deep cleaning
  • Breaking house rules

7. Liability

• NafikSuites is not responsible for:
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Injury resulting from misuse of facilities
  • Power outages or events beyond our control
• Guests accept the premises “as is.”

8. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities
• Parties or events without approval
• Subletting the property
• Tampering with security devices

9. Privacy & Safety

• Security cameras may be installed outside the property for safety.
• Surveillance does NOT cover bedrooms or private areas.
